The focus that personal attention from an executive coach delivers can make a huge difference is leadership effectiveness and provide you with a significant return.
It is an ideal way to integrate and embed the learning from our Dare to Lead TM programme.
We offer flexible packages for our one-to-one leadership coaching that can include a 360 degree feedback exercise.
Our coaching takes place remotely over Zoom in sessions of between 60-120 minutes, making it really accessible for busy leaders.
Our goal is to give clarity and confidence to the leaders, to produce a step change in their ability to engage, motivate and develop their team and to drive business.
